General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
We would like to inform you here of the rental conditions for the object. They represent our house rules and describe the booking and payment process. By booking you accept these rental conditions.
1. Booking and deposit
For a booking we need your first name, last name, full address and phone number, the number of people accompanying you, and your guests are.
With the booking, the payment of the rental property in full and is valid as a booking confirmation.
2. Payment
The deposit and cleaning costs must be paid in full on the day of rental, before use of the object.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards and debit cards.
3. Rental
On the day of rental, the keys will be handed over at 12:00 p.m. In case of unpunctuality, there is no longer any claim to the rental, as well as the rental price already paid.
From 10:00 p.m., the noise level of music systems must be reduced to an appropriate volume so that no resident is disturbed or disturbed in his night’s rest.
From this point on, the celebration may only continue if the following is observed: music and entertainment at room volume. An end of the festivities must be guaranteed by the tenant until midnight.
Even outside the property, the tenant and his guests must ensure that there is no noise pollution for residents in any form.
It is not allowed to bring and connect your own music systems or amplifiers.
4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire “YOUR EVENT” object. If the smoking ban is disregarded, or the smoke detectors are manipulated, the entire deposit will be retained. When smoking in front of the object, care must be taken not to cause noise at a late hour.
5. Liability
The tenant is responsible for himself and all his guests and cannot make any liability or claims for damages against the landlord with regard to physical injury and property damage of any kind, unless the landlord acts with gross negligence. Any existing damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The tenant and his guests are fully liable for the damage caused to the entire inventory and premises of the location. Therefore, be sure to close the windows after the celebration and lock both doors twice.
Only tea lights (no more than 10) are allowed in the fireproof container. All pyrotechnic products are strictly prohibited.
Confetti, glitter, and the like are prohibited and will be charged with 20 € extra cleaning.
Only on the stone walls is it allowed to apply light decoration with Tesafilm, and only at a height of no more than 2 meters. It is not allowed to sit or place on the window sills and food, drinks and other heavy objects may be placed on them.
The premises are designed for a maximum of 26 people and may only be increased with the express permission of the landlord in exceptional cases.
The landlord reserves the right to control this and to make use of his house right in case of infringement.
6. Final cleaning
Clearing tables to celebrate. And leave the Fine Room so that the cleaning can be done immediately and completely by the landlord. Please place dishes, glasses and cutlery in the kitchen in the colorful containers provided for this purpose.
The garbage must be disposed of and taken away by the tenant himself. But should remain in the barrels until it is taken away, so that nothing can leak out and the laminate floor is damaged as a result. This also applies to beverage crates, please do not grind over the floor, but lift.
7. Pets
Are not allowed.
8. Cancellation
It is generally possible to cancel the booking for the rental property Fine Room. The costs for this are:
– 41 days ago before the start of the rental 50% of the rental price
– up to 41 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
– up to 31 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
– up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
– up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
– thereafter 100% of the rental price.
9. Dismissal
In the event of serious violations of these rental regulations, the landlord may unilaterally terminate the rental agreement. In this case, the tenant must leave the premises immediately with his guests. There is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. And the deposit will be partially or completely withheld.
These include: non-compliance with the smoking ban, property damage, increase in the minimum number of people without permission, non-compliance with night rest and noise pollution.
10. Key handover
The tenant must carefully store the keys for the rental property Fine Room and may not grant unauthorized access to them.
The slus handover takes place the next day until 10:00 a.m.
Delays without information and consultation will be charged with 100 €. From 1 hour over time, a new day will be calculated. 100 € will also be charged if windows and doors are forgotten to close after the end of the celebration and thus unauthorized access can be granted at night. The tenant is liable in full for claims for damages or theft in this context.
11. Severability clause
If one of the rental conditions described above is legally invalid, it will be replaced by a regulation that is the closest. The other rental conditions remain unaffected and remain valid.
