WHAT DO THE TERMS VIRTUAL REALITY, IMMERSIVE AND AUGMENTED REALITY MEAN?

VIRTUAL REALITY

“Virtual Reality” (VR) refers to a digital, artificial world that is made tangible with the help of special software and hardware and enables an immersive experience. By using VR glasses, a complete dive into the virtual world is made possible by means of the high-resolution displays, 360° or 3D content and auditory elements.

IMMERSIVE

“Immersive” describes the effect in which viewers immerse themselves in a multimedia illusion of image and sound and perceive it as real. Through a 3D mapping projection system, content such as graphics, animations, images or videos can be projected onto three-dimensional objects, creating a unique atmosphere.

AUGMENTED REALITY

The term “Augmented Reality” refers to a computer-supported perception that expands the real world with artificial aspects. Directly and in real time, digital elements are inserted into the real world on a screen, such as a tablet or a smartphone, in front of the viewer.

DOESN’T IT GET TOO FULL?

We have significantly reduced the maximum number of people who can be in the exhibition, so that there is enough space for everyone and sufficient distance can be kept.

HOW LONG DOES THE VISIT TAKE? HOW ARE THE TIME WINDOWS REGULATED?

After the booked time, you have 20 minutes for admission.

You decide the duration of the visit yourself, but you are happy to plan with 60 to 70 minutes of visiting time.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can buy tickets online. If the online purchase does not work, then our team has a terminal at the exhibition entrance where you can buy cashless on site. If you are planning a ticket purchase on site, please check the availability in the online ticket shop before you come to us. If everything is sold out online, there are no more tickets on site!

CAN I REBOOK MY TICKETS?

The rebooking is possible to a different date depending on availability. There is a rebooking fee of €4.00.

Just write us a message here.

WILL THERE BE GUIDED TOURS?

An offer for guided tours is not planned. Due to the interactive and immersive character of our exhibition, the focus is on immersing yourself in the world of art with all sensory impressions. In addition, the main part of the exhibition consists of a multimedia film that leads through the Worlds. A guided tour is therefore not necessary.

ARE THERE VOUCHERS?

You can buy vouchers online on the ticket page.

Vouchers can be found here.

IS THERE LOCAL GASTRONOMY?

There will be no gastronomic offer. Within walking distance, however, there are restaurants and cafés that look forward to your visit.
